Current status

We ping each service from your browser. “Up” means the domain responded to a request from your device. It does not guarantee full application health (auth, database, etc.).

How this check works

  • First we attempt a fetch() to the domain with mode: no-cors. If the request reaches the origin, we mark it UP.
  • If the fetch is blocked or times out, we try loading /favicon.ico as an image. If that loads, we mark it UP.
  • We don’t read HTTP status codes (opaque response), so this is a reachability check, not a deep health probe.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does it show DOWN for me, but UP for someone else?

Checks run in your browser, so your network, DNS, or firewall may be blocking the domain.

Can you test specific endpoints?

From the browser we can only test anonymous origins without CORS errors. For deep checks, use backend monitoring.

How often does it check?

Every 30 seconds automatically, or press “Re‑check now”.

Need help right now?

If a service shows DOWN and it’s affecting sales, open a P1 ticket and call us after submitting so we can jump on it.
